Olive Garden Pasta e Fagioli Copycat Recipe. Cook covered and simmer on lowest setting that will still produce bubbles for 1 to 1-1/2 hours. Put a piece of Romano cheese rind in during cooking. Cook ditalini separately and add 1/4 cup cooked ditalini to each bowl just before serving. Top with finely grated Romano or Parmesan cheese.
