Broccoli Quiche..HCG Phase 2. Replace your protein for 1whole egg + 3 egg whites....use a mini muffin tin...fill with cooked broccoli and pour liquid egg over it...make sure to season your eggs and veggies with salt and garlic..for heat a few crushed red pepper flakes :)
