Iced Carmel Latte: 3/4 cup strong coffee, 1 c milk, 3-4 tsp caramel sauce & 6 large ice cubes. Cool coffee to at least room temperature. Stir the caramel sauce into the milk then beat with a whisk until foamy. Pour the caramel mix into the coffee, add ice cubes & enjoy!
Iced latte recipe: Fill a tall glass with 1 cup ice. Add 4 oz espresso. Pour ¾ cup whole milk and sweetener of choice, if desired, into a mason jar. Be sure to stop when the jar is no more than ¾ full to make sure the milk froths. Seal the lid tightly. Shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds. Pour milk and foam into the glass. Enjoy!
