The rest periods are optional (if you don’t want them just swap them for more jogging in place) but they’re good times to grab some water. Color Run 5K Training Plan. I will run this one day in the next year. I don't care how hard it will be and how I'll probably have to do this training program for months. I know Im big and barely have endurance but damn I will accomplish it!
