I do 100 jumping jacks every hour I am awake. Aim for 7,000 per week and you will lose a pound!! I'm in very good shape, run or rollerblade about 35 miles a week and my arms were so sore the first day I did 1000!
1000 Calorie workout... 4x week... I switch up various ab exercises, change up squats and hamstring workouts, and usually stick with bicep / tricep curls instead of push ups... But you get the point ;-)
