Salted Caramel Mocha cupcakes. Made these the other day and they were delectable!!! I didnt make the icing but used Betty Crocker "whipped" buttercream icing. The key is to use a whipped icing or whipped cream since the cake is already so rich and since they are filled with salted caramel!!! Say "Heyyyyy" if you like surprises (cause there is one in the middle of the cupcake)!
Caramel Cake. So all I'm going to say is...the recipe calls for whole milk and unsalted butter...use your imagination now; this is not low cal kids! But heavens to betsy...it is ooey and gooey and I'm pouring a steaming, hot cup of coffee when I slice that baby up:)
