Crockpot Crab Rangoon Dip

CrockPot CRAB RANGOON DIP ~ 2 (8oz) Cream Cheese, 2 (8oz) Pkgs Imitation Crab or 6 oz Cans Crab meat Drained, 1 Can Cream of Shrimp Soup, 1 Green Onion Chopped, 1 t Lemon Juice, 2 t Soy Sauce, 1 t Worcestershire Sauce, Optional 2 T Sugar ~*~ Combine all ingredients in a 3-4 qt Crockpot & cook on low for 2-3 hours. Serve with Rice Crackers or Flavored Crackers.
