Crab cupcakes! For these cupcakes, roll the frosted tops of the cupcakes in brown sugar so it looks like sand. Use assorted fruit chews and toothpicks for the body, claws, and eyes. For the rest of the eyes, add a dot of white frosting, followed by another smaller dot of brown frosting. Voila!
~ Original Old Bay Crab Cakes ~The recipe as shown is very good, however you can tweak it just a bit. Change as follows - Use 3 to 4 slices of bread instead of the 2, increase the one egg to two (it didn't bind as well as it should), maybe add a few tablespoons of finely chopped green onion and some pepper. Also increase the Old Bay Seasoning to taste.
