GREEN JELLO SALAD Luby's Cafeteria Copycat Recipe 2 (3-oz.) boxes lime Jello 1 (20-oz.) can crushed pineapple, 1 (16-oz.) container of cottage cheese 1/4 cup pecans,crushed 1 (8-oz) container Cool Whip 2 cups boiling water 1 cup cold water In large mixing bowl, prepare gelatin as package describes. To mixture, add drained crushed pineapple, cottage cheese, and whipped topping. Stir mixture until whipped topping is blended. Pour into a pan and sprinkle nuts on top, chill until set.
