Just a tip- go easy on the cocoa! I tripled the recipe (using one whole banana and adjusting accordingly). Maybe it's because I used an almond-coconut milk blend (well, 2 cups of almond-coconut, then 1/4 cup straight almond milk) or maybe because I used unsweetened milk, but I used roughly 4 1/2 Tbsp of cocoa and it seems like way too much! Otherwise, super tasty. Would try again.
I make this smoothie every so often and it is delicious. I cant say anything about the weight lose factor. The only thing I do differently is instead of the oats I add a tablespoon of flax seed. I do not like the consistency the oats give.
