Microwave Potato Chips- This really does work! I sliced a potato on my mandoline, rinsed then spinned them dry in the salad spinner (to remove starch), then coated ever so lightly with olive oil and a sprinkle of salt. Laid them out on a paper plate and microwaved 2 1/2 minutes to perfection! Crispy, salty and not greasy! I'm guessing same calorie count as a med. potato? BARGAIN!
