For when it's time - Excellent training guide for running another marathon. Contrary to what a lot of people believe, it's important to run/train only 3 or 4 times a week. The 3 or 4 days of rest help your body to heal, regroup & not get burnt out.
lolol hahahaha, "easy" at a 10 minute pace -_- I am majorly Chloe facing this plan. Even more so, because I'm going to attempt it. *sigh* A marathon training plan designed to run your marathon in under 4 hours!
This 32 Week Marathon Training Schedule is for the beginner who wants to take their marathon training at slow, steady pace. It's a perfect plan for first time marathoners! Ok this might be extreme but I can dream
