Mary Oliver Quote from Writers Write

Mary Oliver Quote from Writers Write

"Somebody I loved once gave me a box full of darkness. It took me years to understand that this, too, was a gift." ~Mary Oliver The darkness and dark side get a bad rap in our society, but it is nothing to be feared or judged, but loved as the eternal twin flame soulmate of the light. There is a gift hiding in your darkness, are you brave enough to find it?

WILD GEESE By: Mary Oliver You only have to let the soft animal of your body love what it loves. Tell me about despair, yours, and I will tell you mine. Meanwhile the world goes on. Meanwhile the sun and the clear pebbles of the rain are moving across the landscapes, over the prairies and the deep trees, the mountains and the rivers. Meanwhile the wild geese, high in the clean blue air, are heading home again.
