Michelangelo's Sistine Chapel ceiling. The ceiling of the Sistine Chapel is quite large and it's unimaginable what Michelangelo did, however, this is my favorite part of the ceiling.

Narcissus by Michelangelo Merisi da Caravaggio

Narcissus by Michelangelo Merisi da Caravaggio. This is another painting of Narcissus, and I think it is a very powerful one. The painting is very dramatic, and portrays Narcissus in a darker light. There are no etherial elements in this painting that would lighten the image up. It is very dark, and portrays his narcissism as more of a bad thing.
