Le Sacre Coeur de Paris is one of the most recognizable buildings in the city of light. It is the "coeur" of the bohemian neighbourhood, Montmartre and maybe not so "sacre" when artists flirted with absinthe and prostitutes in other times. Either way, today this white basilica is a romantic reference for those who visit it. Don't miss the view from its viewpoint. One of the best of Paris.

Sacre Coeur, Paris. I love seeing the birthplace of the Society of the Sacred Heart where nun who founded my college hailed. Living history.

Lantern Stairs, Montmartre, Paris, France <3 Sometimes I wonder if my past life had been one in which I traveled through Europe for whatever reason... I see these pictures and occasionally it feels like it should be a memory ... maybe that's wishful thinking ;-P <3

Artists' Quarter, Montmartre, Paris. Been here three times, by far my favourite area in Paris and holds some of my most cherished memories. I may move here one day!
