Oatmeal Spice Muffins from Five Heart Home. These are delicious! I halved the recipe and got 32 mini muffins. Baked for 10 minutes. Used 1/4 cup butter and 1/4 cup coconut oil. Also added in 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed with the dry ingredients and needed to add an extra Tbsp of milk. Next time I will use half as much nutmeg as it was a little strong.
