Cooling neck wraps. Easy. Cut strips 4". Sew right sides together to form tube. Turn right side out. Sew a seam 6" from one end.  Add 3 tablespoons of water absorption pellets( garden center at Walmart ).  Sew the other seam 6" from the other side. Hem up the ends.   When you are ready to use soak in water for 5 minutes. Will keep you cool for hours.
