It is confusing to understand what the title of the magazine if it is either "house power" or "popular mechanics" because they are about the same size. The hierarchy needs to be fixed. The magazine would be more effective if it had more colors to it or if it used the blue in "popular mechanics" elsewhere and not just in the one spot. The picture isn't effective either because it makes no sense.
