Physical Education - 5 Components of Fitness Dice Warm-up
Help the students learn the 5 components of fitness during this warm-up by selecting a component and then rolling the dice ( I use real big soft ones) and then the class does that activity. I usually do at least one from each component sometimes two, or you can turn it into a fitness day.
