My husband just made me Pig Candy and it is to die for! He tossed the bacon in the brown sugar/cayenne, baked for 10 minutes and then brushed maple syrup; back in the oven to bake, flip and repeat. He finished with cracked black pepper.
Bacon Wrapped Lil' Smokies in a Brown Sugar and Maple Glaze - these were good, but don't eat too many or you may feel a little ill! I baked mine a little longer than the recipe called for to make the bacon crispier. Everyone loved them!
Bacon Candy Mix C maple syrup and 2 Tbs brown sugar. Add cooked bacon pieces to the mix, spoon bacon into a strainer then quickly put on a baking pan so you don't lose all the syrup mix. Bake 350 for 10 minutes, toss, bake 5 mins more.
Maple Glazed Ribs - I love maple ribs! I throw my ribs in the slow cooker all day on low with Epicure's boullion powder, herb and garlic sea salt, and 3 onion dip mix seasoning. Then I bake the ribs with the maple sauce!
