My husband just made me Pig Candy and it is to die for! He tossed the bacon in the brown sugar/cayenne, baked for 10 minutes and then brushed maple syrup; back in the oven to bake, flip and repeat. He finished with cracked black pepper.

Ingredients  1 lb Thick-cut peppered bacon,  1/4 cup Pure maple syrup  1/4 tsp Cayenne    Method  Preheat your oven to 375*.    Mix the syrup and cayenne well in a small bowl and set aside.    Coat both sides of each bacon slice generously with brown sugar.
