1 GALLON PLUM WINE- 5lb plumbs with stones steeped 3 days in 1/2 gal. boiled water. Cover & mix daily. MASH/Strain to Demijohn. ADD 1 tsp. lemon juice & 3 lbs.Sugar dissolved in 1/2 gal. boiled water. ADD 1 pk yeast started in 1/2cwarm water. Airlock. rack/taste in 3w or when bubbles stop. Drink/bottle or age.
