My mom made these all the time when I was growing up. They were served as appetizers at almost every single holiday meal. I make them myself these days, but they're so simple to make that I whip up a batch or two several times a year. I would rather snack on these than potato chips any day... These zesty Ranch Oyster Crackers, seasoned with the perfect blend of herbs and spices, are so versatile. We love them as a topping for soup or salad, as a quick addition to a party platter or potluck, or an on-the-go snack. What’s more? They’re so easy to make, it’s a great way to involve the kids in the kitchen!

Baked Buffalo Ranch Crackers. Halved the butter - probably not necessary at all. Used 1/3 cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce instead of 1/4. Baked on jellyroll pan - took longer than 15 minutes..
