Peel whole potatoes, cut them all across, not too thin, and not all the way through. Sprinkle some salt, lightly. Fill w/small bacon slices in between. Bake in pan w/some oil until potatoes are fully cooked (bake for 90 mins @ 200 Degrees) and serve.
