1 kaki fruit, peeled 1 cup of water 4 tbs quark 1 ts cinnamon powder 1 ts bee pollen 1 ts cacao nibs

Kaki fruit is perfect for smoothies! You need: 1 kaki fruit, peeled + 1 cup of water + 4 tbs quark + beepollen + cacaonibs. Blend everything.

2 cups frozen spinach 2 cups frozen bananas  1/4 cup raw cashews 3 tbsp cacao nibs 2 tbsp (packed) fresh mint leaves, minced 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 cups rice milk (original variety) 1/2 cup coconut water 1/4 tsp chlorella Sweetener, to taste (optional) Blend all the ingredients together until smooth. It’s kind of thick so you can add water if desired. Top it with some chopped strawberries and drink it while it’s cold.
