Chicken à la King - Melt 6 tbsp butter in frying pan. Add1 c sliced mushrooms, 1/4 c diced red pepper & 1 green pepper, chopped. Sauté till soft. Mix in 1-1/2 tbsp flour, salt & pepper to taste. Stir in 1-1/2 c each milk & chicken broth till it boils & thickens. Add 3 c diced cooked chicken, stir to heat through. Serve on small puff pastries or thick toast.
