ribeye steak dry rub.1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika,1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme,1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder,1/2 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper.rubbed on meat then made a S&P crust around edges and a little all over meat
ribeye I still loved my charcoal grilled ribeyes but HOLY GUACAMOLE was this good. Does exactly what it says. Only thing I would lightly brush the steak with olive oil instead of putting it in the pan. I burned myself with oil splatters.
Saute onions in 4 tablespoons butter over high heat. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, or until dark and caramelized. Reduce heat to simmer and pour in cream. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes, or until reduced by half. Stir in blue cheese until melted. Serve steaks on generous portion of sauce.
