Salted caramel cake. 4TBS flour, 4 TBS sugar, 3 TBS cocoa powder, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 beaten egg, 3 TBS milk, 1 TBS veggie oil. Mix all together, then put in a microwave safe mug. Drop 2 square caramels in the center, then microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes. If still gooey looking, +30 seconds. Sprinkle coarse sea salt on top when done while still hot. Totally have to try this!! Sounds delicious.
