I was SWEATY. I was TIRED, but I felt like my legs were WARRIORS. My favorite thing about all of these leg workouts is that you don’t have to get out and go to the gym. The aftermath was hell – my ab muscles ached and my leg muscles were extremely sore the next day. But, it also made me feel like I actually worked out different parts of my body for once. I'll probably keep doing them, but if my legs don't look like Carrie's after a month, I'm out! Ha, j/k... kinda.
I LOVED my workout yesterday. I usually like my workouts, but for some reason I really LOVED yesterday’s. It was challenging and it went by really quickly! I was sweating like crazy, and I am now super sore, which is not the norm for me.
I saw people with these, and I thought, "That looks dumb." No, I was the dumb one. My legs feel awesome after stretching and using this tool to work out sore leg muscles, especially IT band and hamstring!
LEG DAY! Gym was busy so I snagged the Smith Machine and ended up doing my entire workout on it! Seeing as my glutes have been the sorest they have been in a while- it was a bomb workout! The first 3 exercises were a triset at 4x15-20 and the rest were 4x12-15. When I got home my legs were still shaking!
