Love the organization idea at each desk. The wire baskets could be cubbies and the red bins could hold extra supplies for each table grouping and each tables supplies they use could be stored in a caddy. I love red!
Going Nutty!: put tape on student scissors and collect at the begin of year-only pull out when needed Use soap dishes for crayons and keep on shelf. Super post on keeping organized when students don't have desks to store supplies in.

Desk set-up: none of the desks are side by side, allowing each student have their own personal space but still work collaboratively when appropriate. When desks are side by side, or students share table space, it is much easier for issues to arise.
Shoe Hanger Storage for Student or Teacher stuff. This will work prefect for homeschooling, make use of coat closet and out of sight when school isn't in session. :) You could even have one for each child with each pocket for a different subject.
Stick Command hooks to the sides of desks and use them to hang supplies.
