Hyperextended calf alteration: My prof says she sees this most in people who have danced or done gymnastics, but the bulge of the calf hitches up the lower leg in the back. Cut a slash up the grainline, past the knee, and then make two symmetrical cuts angling up toward the side seam. Using the side seam as a hinge, rotate the two sides outward. It will look flared on paper, but on the body it will hang straight.

I doubt anyone could tell. But I've really been a fan of the short a-symmetrical cuts lately

Radial design then cut into 4ths and glue to white paper. That would be a great lesson to integrate art and math (geometry).

Well written tutorial. Very easy to create this flip card with Sizzix labels dies. Cut a smaller one to stick on the flip part.

Perfect for little messy hands! Fold a paper in half, and let the kids put globs of color. Stick the halves together, then separate. Cut out the butterfly shape once it's dry.

Awesome sand sculpture. this is definitely symmetrical and balanced out. Aside from the fact that one is a man and one is a woman, if you cut down the middle (including the path) everything would be the same. - Jamie Livingston
