***Homemade Pop Tarts*** These are so good I probably should never make them again. Here is a simple recipe for homemade Pop Tarts. I made grape, but you could easily use this recipe to make strawberry, peach, raspberry…. #poptarts #recipe #homemadepoptarts
Piecrust Pinwheel Cookies - Super easy, just roll out a Pie Crust on a sheet pan, butter Crust generously, top with Cinnamon and Sugar, roll up into a tube shape, and chill for a couple of hours. Cut into thin cookies with a sharp knife and bake. Delicious! TIP: You can use a store-bought Pie Crust, but they won't be as flaky. Great for when the kids say, "Oh, yeah, I need 3 dozen cookies tomorrow." ~~ Houston Foodlovers Book Club

Cinnamon Roll Apple Pie (YOU ABSOLUTELY NEED AN APPLE PEELER FOR THIS.) I mean, delicious! But not totally worth it. I used almost double of everything (2 pie crusts, 11-13 apples) to make one (i think regular sized) pie and a couple cup sized mini pies. The crust took some practice and did NOT look as good as the pics (put more cinnamon sugar). also, i didn't measure anything which might have added to my frustration. cooked for more like 40 minutes. Absolutely delicious though.
