This is the Kick & Reach: Stand with feet hip-width apart, stick at right side, right hand on top, right leg extended low in front of you, right foot turned out (as shown). Use stick for balance as you lean forward from hips, extending right leg high and to right behind you, left hand toward floor. Return to start; do 20 reps. Repeat on opposite side.
