On the trail towards Timpanogos Mountain in Utah. A photograph cannot even begin to capture the scale of the scene. Huge, massive, and awe inspiring! To reach the top takes about eight hours as I remember it. There is a lake below the pyramid-shaped mountain. To the left is a glacier, and every other year somebody slides down it having fun and falls through a cravas and dies. As you walk below the cliffs, you can hear rocks falling. One of the best non-technical hikes in the world!
