i don't like the term "cheat meal." I like the term "splurge meal." If you follow the 80/20 rule...eating healthy 80% of the week and you allow yourself 20% for "splurge meals."

Medium size bag of small shrimp. Fry in butter for 5-10 minutes, add seasoning of your choice (I prefer creole). While that's cooking, prepare turkey or hamburger meat with any seasonings you want. Once it's done, dump it all into a big pot with 2 cans of Rotel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilli's. Add about half a block of Velveeta cheese, stir it all together and simmer for 10 minutes, no more than 30. Very simple and delicious.
