I am not sure who the artist is on this dress, but YES I love the flowers! The draping feeling of the longer stemmed flowers and the puffy "material" towards the top caused by the amount of flowers is so amazing. I love this piece...and if I were more outgoing and comfortable in my own skin...I would even wear this myself.

I love the fairy~ish feel of this! The draping feeling of the longer stemmed flowers and the puffy "material" towards the top caused by the amount of flowers is so amazing.
