Good Night Yoga teaches kids a flow of yoga poses and gives them their own yoga practice right in their hands!  This project comes directly out of the work I've done teaching yoga to kids for the past 15 years and to see it finally in book form is an absolute dream come true.  Children (ages 4-8) can experience the playful and expansive feeling of moving through a sequence of yoga poses.
