Homemade Freezer Biscuits. 4 cups flour, 2 Tbs baking powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 cup cold butter, cubed, 1-1/2 cup milk Mix dry ingredients. Cut in butter, until crumbly. Add milk, mix until a ball forms. Roll out onto a floured surface and cut into biscuits. Makes 18 Freeze on a cookie sheet for 1-2 hours. Put in airtight freezer bag. Let thaw for 30 minutes to an hour (or in the fridge overnite). Bake at 450, 8-12 mins.
