Times New Roman by Pedro Javier Arbelaez. This poster in particular is a favorite of mine. I assume this poster goes through the history of Times New Roman. What's great is that Times New Roman is the only typeface used here.

LAYOUT IDEA Even though this is a paper, it could still work for a magazine. The use of large photos is something I like the idea of doing, and the placement of the text boxes is very easy to read, but without looking boring.
Portfoliopad portfolio Very artistic and interesting way of using and cropping an image. I look at the page and want to pull away the sides and discover more of the image. Type interacts and compliments.
Layout ideas - Designed by Jake Hill. I am inspired by the angled cropping of the images. It creates great eye movement, and visual interest. There's a great balance of negative and positive space throughout the layouts.
