Deck of cards workout. Although I would add some variations. Like a Jack is Queen is and King is Also, I would shuffle the deck without the aces and then strategically space out the aces so you don't end up with two water breaks close together.
Except i also have how many of each exercise to do on each stick // Mix up your workout, put favorite exercise on craft sticks place in cup/container randomly draw them out. Great for outdoors & group fitness
