Parent teacher communication
I quick little form to fill out when I child has to change their clothes at school for whatever the reason - puddle mishap, spill, bathroom emergency, etc! There are two pages - one that says "locker" at the bottom, and the other that says "cubby". Other than that, the forms are identical.
This pre-kindergarten skill goal sheet is a one page sheet of typical skills that a student may learn. It is a fun and very visual way for the kids to see what skills they have mastered and document the child's learning. When a skill has been mastered, the child can put a sticker in the box. If you use the black and white version another idea is to have the students color the square or picture once they meet a goal.
At the beginning of the year, it’s a great idea to do a preschool assessment. This helps you understand what your child already knows and what you need to work on. Today I’ll be sharing my preschool assessment forms. Through my research and background, these are the skills I feel are necessary to work on
EMERGENCY CONTACT... For years I fumbled with folders, papers, files, but nothing has ever been simpler! I absolutely love having my emergency contact cards (double sided) with all the emergency information you need on ONE RING! I keep this ring in my emergency bag that goes with us on each trip and/or drill. On this card (found as a freebie below) you have child's name, birthday, address, numbers, pickup, and contacts all in one spot!
