My best photography portfolio tip to make an impact...
If you want to make an impact with your portfolio the main thing you have to think about is very simple, and so often overlooked. How do you want people to feel when they enter your world? Imagine your portfolio like a window of a shop that gives the first taste of what you are all about. How does your world feel? What are your colors? What is the mood? What is the promise? Forget what you see all around and focus on those things and you’ll see your portfolio making a much bigger impact! How do you approach you portfolio?

Why I prefer my photography studio with SOUTH facing windows?
This is stepping away from tradition as for natural light studios northern windows are usually preferred. But every studio space I had was with south facing windows and I absolutely love it. It gives such a natural diversity of light throughout sunny days that is just amazing. It also changes with seasons with different intensity and shadow depth. Light in south facing studios also moves quickly so you have to move faster, but once you embrace it, results can be spectacular! Which light source do you prefer?
