This is a board for a team of two that do a lot of fundraising activities. They organize events, having several in motion at one time. We created a To Do ‘bucket’ for each event, coloured in yellow. One of the initial challenges was that other work was taking up a lot of time. We added additional To Do buckets for each work type, and divided Done into several buckets, one per work type. This board mashes up a longer view with current state. I helped create this for an administration group made up of 5 areas. Each area is represented by a different colour. Most of the work is done individually, making it hard for people to know what is going on, including the group’s manager. The motivation for the board was to better communicate: what is planned over the coming months what the current status is of active projects (reducing need for status report meetings) issues ...
