What you need: Empty glass bottles, like wine & beer bottles Masking tape Sharpie Spray paint the top green and the bottom orange. After drying use the black sharpie to draw the face. If you want decorate the top of bottle. ~Easy & Fun to Make!
I used a black sharpie on a dollar tree wine glass. Put in oven first then turn oven on to 350°, for 30 min, let cool in oven. The ink set nicely, havn't tested in dishwasher, but hand washes well.
