The person I use to know wasn't so heartless and uncaring, especially to someone as close as I was. I couldn't ever imagine her just sitting there watching and listening to her friend continue to suffer from damage that she had caused and was continuing to cause by not doing anything about it. I couldn't imagine my best friend ever doing something so incredibly selfish that would break me and eventually end our friendship.
