Stage 7 - Jade river to Eider river. From the Jade Bight hiking along the coastal area of the greater German Bight to the Eider river, marking the south border of North-Friesland. Before getting there Germany does a good second after the Rhine delta with the Weser and Elbe rivers. From Duhnen you can wade to the islands Neuwerk and Scharhörn. Only when the tide is low! Or visit by boat mythical red cliff island Heligoland and meet the Frisian god Forsete or Long Anna while she still stands.
