Blueberry Lemon Yogurt Coffee Cake - made this 03/16/14. This was so flavourful, moist, and simple to make. The Meyer lemon zest and glaze gave it such a beautiful, intense lemon hit. I simplified the process by mixing the wet ingredients in my mixer, then mixed in the dry and then the oil last. It didn't need to be folded in, as the recipe said. I found it took longer to cook then indicated, but I did 2 loaves at a time and cooked at a slightly lower temp because I used dark pans.
