2 page magazine spread

This DPS uses a clear, bold typeface at the top of it to present Mark Ronson -- I like that it is spread over two pages. The image of Ronson is displayed on the left hand of the two pages; this looks effective. The text looks a little messy, but I like the strong 'C' in drop caps.

This double page spread is of the rock artist Taylor Momsen from the band the pretty reckless. The magazine is aimed at 16- 25 year old females. Uses friendly, simple language which is easy to understand. The medium close up image juxtaposes the heading as she is wearing a black leather jacket a collar necklace and wearing heavy black eye shadow.
