I don’t do intense strength training, maybe someday but right now I prioritize tons of walking and about 2-3 20 minute fully body sessions with weights per week.  This is achievable and realistic for me to stay consistent with, and consistency is everything for me.  These reps are a combination of @barmethod and @onepeloton exercises I like.

Now, this is a fantastic workout that you can actually do.   My weights are four kilograms, which is 8.8 pounds.   I found this tough. It was just a five minute workout five exercises 50 seconds of each with a 10 second rest in between and literally my shoulders were burning but if you want to work hard, you could repeat it twice even three times.
