대지는 북쪽에 마을의 상징인 송악산을 바라보고 삼면이 도로로 둘러싸인 삼각형의 형상을 하고있다. 건물의 배치 또한 대지에 순응하여 삼각형으로 배치하였으며 세개 층으로 이루어진 건물은 각층마다 한쪽면에 열린 공간을 두었다. 큰 그림으로는 V자 형상이 돌아가며 쌓인 모양을 이루고있다. 이로써 1층에서는 진입영역, 2층에서는 남쪽채광, 3층에서는 송악산을 조망하는 테라스영역 등 다양한 외부공간을 배치하였다. 외부 파사드뿐만 아니라 삼각형의 형상은 계속이어져 내부 중정을 가운데 두고 빙 돌아올라가는 내부 계단 겸 테라스 공간을 삼면의 열린 공간과 맞물려 배치함으로써 지면으로부터 옥상층까지 자연스러운 접근이 이루어지도록 구성하였다. 마을 복지센터이자 커뮤니티센터의 역할을 위하여 모든 층이 최대한 접근이 용이하도록 배려하였다. 삼각형의 각 꼭짓점에 코어를 배치하여 상하의 소통 또는 부출입, 피난을 용이하게 하였으며 각 코어를 걸치는 커다란 보를 형성하여 필로티 공간을 최대한 열어줄 수…
