Here's my go to arms only home workout ~ all you need are a set of dumbbells✅
Take a 30 sec rest between exercises & try 3 sets in total✅
🔑 Go slow & warm up first 
🔑 I'm using 5kgs, use the weight which is right for you 

1️⃣Around the world x10
2️⃣Front raise alternating x12
3️⃣Lateral raise x10
4️⃣Alt shoulder press x12
5️⃣Rear fly x10
6️⃣Kickbacks x12
7️⃣Zottman x10
8️⃣Single Arnold's x8 each side
9️⃣Chest press x8
